Time of departure: Introduce yourself at the ticket office located at the municipal wharf, at the end of the main street (Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts), 10 minutes before the scheduled time for your cruise, to obtain your boarding ticket. All pass for 2 persons must be handed in to the attendant’s ticket in exchange for a boarding ticket.
Parking: Parking spaces are available close to the municipal quay.
Facilities: There are washroom facilities on board each vessel. Public toilets are also available at Lagny Park, near the box office of the Alouette cruise. We suggest you get there before your cruise. Each boat has ramps for wheelchairs not exceeding 27 inches. A bar service is available on each of the ships, with full license. Our boats are heated during the colder seasons.
Cruises: Cruises on the Alouette V are lasting approximately 90 minutes with music of time. Cruises on the Alouette VI are 50 minutes long and are accompanied by historical commentary provided by the captain. Our boats are non smoking including outside decks.
